Je comprends tout maintenant. Pourquoi cette ville a attiré autant d'écrivains, peintres et autres artistes.
Lorsqu'on s'y balade on a tout simplement envie de tout lâcher pour s'installer face à la mer, peindre, écrire, sculpter, coudre...une incroyable énergie s'en dégage.
Tanger, je la connais par coeur et pourtant, chaque jour, je découvre secrètement une nouvelle ruelle encore plus fascinante. J'aime la nonchalance des gens, leur chaleur, leur mode de vie à l'espagnole, le mystère qui plane derrière chaque muraille.
C'est inexplicable. Le désir d'une vie plus simple, une vie de bohème.
I understand everything now. Why this city has attracted many writers, painters and other artists.
When you ride it you feel like giving up everything to settle down on the seafront,painting, writing, sculpting, sewing ... incredible energy emerges.
Tangier, I know it by heart and yet every day I discover a new secret alley even more fascinating. I love the nonchalance of people, their warmth, their Spanish way of life, the mystery that hangs behind every wall.
It's inexplicable. The desire for a simpler life, a bohemian life.
